As a former commercial and mergers & acquisitions lawyer, James brings to Six O’Clock a unique skillset that marries his strong knowledge of, and expertise in, capital markets, regulatory affairs and stakeholder management

Prior to joining the firm, James worked in internal communication and compliance with Australia Post’s Employee Relations division, where he was able to combine his extensive legal affairs background with a growing focus on strategic communication and stakeholder engagement. As a senior corporate lawyer, James spent 14 years in private practice and in-house across a range of sectors, in Australia and the UK.

At Six O’Clock, James’ portfolio of clients spans the capital markets, superannuation and financial services sectors, along with large retail, property and public sector agencies.
