Patrick O’Beirne, Director

In 1999, Patrick began his career managing international media’s interest in the Australian cricket team – and its administrative body Cricket Australia – when the sport was embroiled in its first corruption scandal.

Four years later Patrick moved to into the telecommunications sector, working as a corporate affairs manager and spokesperson for Australia’s largest telco, Telstra. This role saw Patrick lead federal, state and local government relations campaigns and work on a range of high profile public policy initiatives and thought leadership programs, as well as issues and crises that struck the organisation.

Since moving agency-side in 2011, Patrick has advised a long list of board directors and c-suite executives of listed and non-listed companies, as well as Commissioners and senior bureaucrats in state and federal government. He has supported organisations through major corporate restructures, data privacy breaches, operational failings and corporate and executive misconduct.
