Six O’Clock Advisory makes key appointments following major client wins

Strategic communications firm Six O’Clock Advisory has welcomed a string of new starters following a period of growth.
Simon Watson arrives from the Commonwealth Government where he was a media adviser to a senior cabinet minister. Having worked in the Victorian Parliament and California State Assembly before his Canberra stint, Simon takes on a client portfolio focused on public affairs, corporate profiling and issues management.
Sam Sinclair joins Six O’Clock Advisory with a background in financial and investor communications and will bolster the firm’s resources in this growing portfolio, along with his work across corporate profiling and reputation management assignments.
And, Natalie Hasapaki, a corporate communications specialist, enters the Six O’Clock fold to work with clients spanning the education, financial services and health sectors, among others.
Six O’Clock Advisory Director Jim Stiliadis said the firm’s sustained growth was testament to the team’s ability to keep delivering high-quality advice and outcomes across a diverse client base.
“We’re pleased that we’ve been able to attract some of the communication industry’s best operators,” Mr Stiliadis said.
“They add another dimension to our strong and talented team, allowing us to keep pursuing our growth strategy based on a broad suite of specialist and contemporary communication services.”
Six O’Clock Advisory has also hired in recent weeks Account Coordinators Lauren Di Pietro and Georgina Manifold as part of Six O’Clock’s formal alliance with RMIT’s School of Media and Communication. As stand-out performers in their undergraduate courses, Lauren and Georgina were appointed to a job-share arrangement while they complete their tertiary studies.
In March, Six O’Clock Advisory announced several additions to its client roster including global financial services firm Mercer, the Australian Electoral Commission, and a leading national supermarket chain. They join Six O’Clock Advisory’s diverse portfolio of retained and project-based clients, with the firm since securing a number of new assignments across the arts and entertainment, healthcare, disability services, and industrials sectors.
